1. Redness in eyes

If your child has redness in the eyes for a long time it is an indication that he might have some problem in his eyes.

2-Rubbing eyes

If your child constantly rubs his/her eyes, immediately take him to the ophthalmologist. Having itchiness in the eyes is quite normal but constantly rubbing it is a sign that a checkup is needed.

If the light is causing discomfort to the eyes of your child, you should get your child’s eye checked immediately.

4-White or grey pupil instead of black

If the black portion of your child’s eye starts to look grey or white it is a sign of leukocoria disease. It may be a threat to your vision so get the medical attention for it.

5-Watery eyes

If your child’s eye frequently gets watery, it may be an allergy or reaction to something so get his/her eyes checked as soon as possible.

6-Misalignment of eyes

If you notice any misalignment in your child’s eyes while he/she is looking at an object it is a sign of strabismus disease. The eyes do not line up in this condition. Doctors may prescribe glasses, eye exercise, or medication for it.
